We are looking for a Senior Project Interior Designer to join us in working on exciting hospitality projects. This position will be based in Shanghai.
我們正在尋找一位資深項目設計師，負責酒店項目的設計。 該職位工作地在上海。


Requirements :
1.	Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture  
2.	At least 10 years working experience with focus on hospitality design
3.	Shows creativity in layout planning and conceptual design in their current work
4.	Experience in leading concept design 
5.	Strong schematic & design development ability
6.	Strong time and project organizational skills.
7.	Must be a good team player and perform in a fast-paced environment.
8.	Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
9.	Good problem-solving skills.
10.	Highly motivated, strong communication, interpersonal and observation skills.
11.	Good in design presentation ability
12.	Professional knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office. 
13.	Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Sketch-up and Enscape will be a plus.

李肇勛設計集團旗下肇勛設計咨詢（上海）有限公司正招募熱忱、有經驗和創意的資深項目室內設計師，其職責要主導項目并帶領團隊完成在中國的酒店室內設計項目。
要求：
1.	室內設計或相關專業大專及以上學歷；
2.	10年以上酒店室內設計經驗；
3.	在平面布置和概念設計方面有創意；
4.	能夠主導概念設計且經驗豐富
5.	設計方案和深化能力強
6.	具有很強的組織能力且能把控項目的進度；
7.	必須具有良好的團隊合作精神且適應快節奏工作環境；
8.	工作積極主動，能夠獨立完成工作。
9.	具有優秀的解決問題能力；
10.	有上進心，具有較強的溝通能力，協調各方關系的能力和觀察能力。
11.	具有很好的設計表達能力和向客戶匯報的經驗；
12.	熟練使用相關專業軟件：AutoCAD and MS Office；
13.	了解Adobe Photoshop, 3D Max ，sketch up以及Escape等專業軟件。
